Dear Maintenance Man,
Although you sure are friendly and awfully chipper a list of acceptable activities does not include power-washing the building at 8:30 am! Nor does it include stomping through the house next door slamming every available door and window - they all function, promise! Next time you are evaluating the trash pick-up schedule, please do not hesitate to consult me or my husband - 7:30 am on a Saturday morning is not really convenient for those of us who want to sleep in on the weekend.
