The elusive Baby Bump has finally made a blog appearance! I'm having a hard time believing that I'm 20 weeks already - the time seems to have flown by! Pregnancy Highlights (I really should have written these down instead of trying to remember off the top of my head...)
- In the 1st Trimester I didn't suffer from morning sickness (Praise the Lord), the only symptom I really had was being super fatigued. I would fall asleep in my car on my lunch break, as soon as I got home from work - I felt like I slept all the time!
- I had the most vivid dreams in my 1st Trimester - they were so detailed and felt so real. Two that stand out are my brother and I winning 2 million dollars in a under-water boating contest and me changing careers to become a Tattoo Artist who was also a Medical Assistant - weird I know!
- I haven't had any odd food cravings yet...well maybe I could count the week where I ate Buffalo Wings more nights than not. I was really into fruit and veggies and Greek Yogurt in the beginning and my co-workers joked that if they couldn't find me to check the break room, I was always in there snacking away! Every food I ate tasted amazing - even something simple like rice (with a little butter and a lot of black pepper) was "the best thing I've ever had!" I've recently had a thing for "one-eyed Jacks" and just might go make one after this post!
- At my 15 week appointment, I was told that I needed to work on gaining more weight - I'd only gained a tenth of a pound the entire pregnancy though I felt like it was *way* more! Don't worry, I've since made up for it.... :)
- I purchased a Belly Band at Week 18, it made wearing jeans so much more comfortable. I went on bedrest for 3 weeks & now my jeans fit fine (I even need to wear a belt) but my belly's bigger - go figure! Pretty sure the Belly Band will be making it's appearance in my wardrobe again soon though.
- I went to a "New Baby Expo" and had a lot of fun checking out the different booths full of baby gear (though it was quite overwhelming). I came home with a lot of paper flyers and a $25 mop. Yes I got suckered into buying a mop, the salesman was very good at his job, what can I say?!?

Ahhhh I LOVE IT!!!!! SO sad that I can't see that cute little bump in person! You look awesome girly!
