Tis' the season, love is in the air! As many of you know, Joe and I got engaged last weekend. Here's how the magic unfolded....
On one of our first dates, we went geocaching & had such a good time! For those of you who don't know what geocaching (pronounced geo-cashing) is basically like a big treasure hunt (if you want more of an explanation check out the following site: http://www.geocaching.com/about/
So last weekend Joe, Harley and I headed out to do some caching at Pinecliff park. Here's the clue:
Two banks of a stream are united by a bridge. Two people are united in marriage. Both are built and maintained to withstand the test of time.
Our friends robert and Commonwealth Chick were married on Feb. 16, 2008. We held an event here in this park to honor that union. And this cache was hidden for that event. You are looking for something to commemorate a union between two cachers. What could that be? Please trade up or even. Thank you for visiting our cache.
It took awhile but we finally found it. When we finally did, Joe asked if I liked a particular trinket - when I turned around he had a ring. To make a long story short, the answer was yes and hence the beginning of the Crispin Chronicles. :) More to come!

How cute! What a wonderful proposal story! A great treasure, for sure :o)
ReplyDeleteHere is to many, many more adventures, full of blessings, joy, and laughter!
Blessings & Aloha!
